You Need:
. 3 Punnets of fresh Cauliflower
. One pack of Salad Spring onion
. Half fresh Red Bell Pepper and Half fresh Yellow Bell pepper Sliced
. 5 ml FFF Spice Rub, MSG FREE
. 30 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
. 5ml Cumin powder
.30 ml Ginger and Honey Soya Source (reduced salt)
Instructions
Start by separating Cauliflower florets and soak them in Himalayan salt (Pink salt)/small vinegar for 10 Min. Then Rince and set aside.
Heat your pan/medium size pot. Add your cumin powder and then then florets on to a heated pot and toss for 2-3 minutes. Then add your olive oil and continue tossing and simmer on medium heat for a further 1 minute. Then Add your chopped soring onion sliced bell peppers, spice rub and continue to toss. Then finish up with Ginger and honey Soya Source. Total time of cooking is 12 minutes; cauliflower should remain crispy at the end. Then remove from the stove and enjoy warm with Flare Free Food Savory Mince Stew and fresh Coriander leaves.
