You need:
Sprouter ( Any brand will do)
Filtered water
Seeds/Beans (the smaller the better.
Assemble the Sprouter cups, pour seeds in all the perforated cups. In this recipe we used Alfalfa seeds and Black lentil beans. Then stack the cups, make sure the bottom cup without holes is in place and the top cup will have holes to allow water through. Then pour x1 cup (250ml) room temperature water into top cup and the water will drain through all the cups. The bottom cup will catch all your water. Please remember to empty the bottom cup.
You need to pour water every 12 hours ,meaning it will be morning and evening. Place the sprouter on a well ventilated place in the kitchen with minimal light but not on direct sun light.
On day 2,you will begin to see seeds breaking and small shoot appearing. Day 3 should already see shoots out and seeds completely split. On day 4, depending on the size of the seeds and the weather you may begin to make use of your sprouts, otherwise on day 5 your sprouts will be ready to consume.
Sprouts are rich in enzymes and as a result they are beneficial for digestion. You may add them to your salads and stir fry dishes.
