FFF patty is meat free and it is perfect for including it as protein to your meal and braai. It is a good source of protein and fiber. It comes in a pack of 400g and included is 5 Patties and a light sauce to keep the flavor alive and fresh.
It is frozen but cooks in just 5 minutes. No need to add oil, just grill or sauté in a pan until fully cooked or add it to a gravy stew. No need for seasoning.
