Refund and Return’s Policy

Once item is purchased no refunds are allowed I or the client may return the item within 2 weeks of purchasing At Flare Free Food, we want you to be happy with your purchase items.

We pride ourselves on providing you with quality and delicious product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we are here to help. Returns:
For you to be eligible for an exchange, replacement, refund you are requested to contact our Customer Services department on info@flare-free-food.co.za alternatively WhatsApp us on 0712694488 within 24hours of receiving your product. 

Your ltem/s must be in the original packaging and have visible photographic proof of the relevant issue or defect. Once we have the above information and the product, our quality assurance team will evaluate and provide you with feedback within 24 hours on receipt of all the required information. If the above items is from our range of fresh food, then a replacement will be granted as soon as the defective product is received. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 5 business days on Feedback from our quality assurance team. 

Cancelation/Handling Fees With all refunds processed will incur a handling fee of 10% (related costs),to recuperate the charges that we have incurred viz. bank charges and other related charges. Shipping/Courier fees Customer is 100% responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
